Coming from the capital city, Delhi, Reema Gulati possesses a background in Psychology. She has completed her post-graduation i.e. Master in Business Administration (MBA). She worked for EdNet Consultants back in 2009 and 2010. There she used to counsel clients (students/ parents) for making the right career decisions. After that, she started working for a magazine called Power Politics where she used to visit colleges and do activities and interact with students. Along with this, she had scheduled training for the British Commission in Delhi when she was working for Shree Ram group finance. She used to study the needs of the company and design various programmes accordingly. This helped her develop programs and guide students in a better way.

While meeting many students and understanding their perspectives on career choices, she was motivated to do something for them. This led her to start her career counselling venture, Global Net.

Through her organization, she wants to reach out to as many students as she can and help them find a suitable career direction. She counsels students by understanding their strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes and potential. As per their characteristics and requirements, she suggests them a personalized career path.
